Provide a superb dining experience to our residents and their guests in an elegant dining atmosphere, taking orders, serving meals, setting and cleaning tables, and assisting with other dining room duties. Flexible hours are available for day and evening shifts, weekdays, weekends, holidays and special events, 3 to 4 shifts per week.

Per Diem:  Evening Shift (1 position) and Night Shift (1 position)

Initiates, coordinates and implements the healthcare management of residents at Birch Hill Terrace while maintaining a calm, positive approach to issues in a warm, friendly, and secure environment. May be called upon to care for independent living residents as needed.

Requires a NH LPN or RN License and 1 – 3 years of experience in long-term care or geriatrics. You must have the ability to work well with all members of the interdisciplinary team; established clinical and documentation skill set; good communication skills; and able to multitask and be very organized.
