Provide homemaker and personal care services for the residents of Birch Hill Terrace. Perform various basic and specialized forms of activities as well as attending to the personal needs and comfort of independent living residents including, but not limited to: laundry, bed linen changing, escorting to appointments and shopping, food preparation, companionship, and pet care. May have regularly scheduled hours.

Must have a current NH LNA license and minimum of 1 year of experience, the ability to be flexible with scheduling including working weekends, have a current driver's license and safe driving record, be self-motivated and extremely dependable. 

Birch Hill Terrace is in need of a Shuttle Driver to transport and assist residents to shopping centers, restaurants, theaters, doctors appointments, and other locations. This is a per diem position working on an "on-call" basis. Requirements are: a current Commercial Drivers License with passenger endorsement, a verifiable safe driving record, exceptional customer service skills, good knowledge of the greater Manchester area, and flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays. Prior driving experience is preferred.

Greets and welcomes residents, guests, and visitors at the community’s main reception desk.  Communicates, establishes, and maintains positive image and working relationship with the residents, employees and the public. Maintains confidentiality of residents and employees. Handles all incoming telephone calls through the switchboard; screens and routes calls and questions to the appropriate department. Maintains control of delivered items to insure proper delivery. Initiates emergency procedures by responding to the call bell system.  

Requires good interpersonal and decision-making skills and able to multi-task and work independently.

Provide a superb dining experience to our residents and their guests in an elegant dining atmosphere, taking orders, serving meals, setting and cleaning tables, and assisting with other dining room duties. Flexible hours are available for day and evening shifts, weekdays, weekends, holidays and special events, 3 to 4 shifts per week.

Part-Time, 24 hours per week Night Shift

Responsibilities: Provide general and specifically assigned maintenance for residents, employees and visitors of facility; general security and emergency response for residents, employees and visitors of facility; protect facility buildings, assets and premises; and perform cleaning duties in common areas when housekeeping staff is not scheduled. The night shift is 12 PM to 8 AM  Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Requirements: Must be able to work unsupervised; have the ability to perform basic security functions according to Birch Hill policies and procedures; basic background in building maintenance; the ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy with staff and residents; and must be extremely trustworthy and dependable.
